Who we are
Tenantnation ApS (CVR 46680235), N.J. Fjords Alle 5, 3. th, 1957 Frederiksberg C, Denmark, founded by Jörn Degner and Gianmarco Metti, is the data controller for the information described here. You can reach us at privacy@tenantnation.eu for anything related to your data.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist we store your email address, the date and time you gave consent, and the campaign parameters of the link you arrived from (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign). We don't use cookies. Our analytics are cookie-less and don't identify you.
Why
We use your email only to tell you about early access and the launch of Tenantnation in Copenhagen. The legal basis is your consent, which you give when you submit the form: we record when you did it and the exact wording of the form you saw. Every email includes a link to remove your address. We record clicks on links in our emails, never opens, so we can invite the most engaged people to the beta first.
How long
We keep your data for 12 months from your last interaction with us (signing up or clicking a link in one of our emails). Before that, we'll email you to ask if you want to stay on the list. If you don't reply within 30 days, we delete your data. If an email to you bounces, we delete it straight away.
Where
Your data is stored in the EU, with our database provider (Supabase, EU region) and our email provider (Brevo, EU hosting). We don't sell or share it with anyone else.
Your rights and how to unsubscribe
Every email has an unsubscribe link. You can also write to privacy@tenantnation.eu to access, correct or delete your data, or to withdraw consent at any time. You have the right to lodge a complaint with Datatilsynet, the Danish Data Protection Agency.
